Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including documentation, induction, and orientation.

Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and addressing grievances effectively.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain strong communication and resolve workplace conflicts.

HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.

Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely feedback and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present HR-related reports to the management team.

Skills / attributes required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications / experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a service-based industry.

Business Development Executive - Australia
Responsibilities & duties:
- Operate, and support the accounting operations and Year-end activities & processes for designated clients
- Maintains and updates workflow of the clients assigned and reports to Senior.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions and Process the tasks as per instructions received and Client Specific procedures.
- Perform day-to-day job duties that include Bank and Credit card reconciliation, Reviewing the Balance sheet, Profit and Loss accounts, reviewing General ledger detail and identifying and rectifying discrepancies in accounting and financial reporting and Preparing required Workpapers and supporting documents for the assigned clients.
- Prepare Accounting Tax returns (such as Corporate Income Tax) and all Indirect (such as FBT, Payroll, GST) tax matters for the organization
- Accurate processing of Year-end procedures for assigned tasks
- Effectively communicate all escalations to the supervisor
- Understanding processes and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as and when required
Skills / attributes required:
- Require excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives (TAT)
- Experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst, or Tax Preparer
- Ability to learn the new software and processes quickly
- Experience working directly with Australian CPA’s.
- Experience: 3 years of minimum experience in F&A Outsourcing industry (Australian Taxation Work)
- Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS Word
- Sound Knowledge of -Bookkeeping and Accounting Software’s such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Handiledger etc.
- Well conversant in Verbal and Written English Conversation

- Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS Word
