Q: How quickly can we get started with OrtusPro?
After an initial discovery call and agreement, we complete a structured knowledge transfer session and can have your first deliverables in production within 5 business days. Our onboarding process is designed to minimise disruption to your existing workflows.
Q: Do my clients know OrtusPro is involved?
No. Everything is delivered 100% white-label under your firm's brand — letterheads, emails, reports and client communications. Your clients only ever see and interact with your firm.
Q: Which countries do you serve?
We serve clients globally. Our primary markets are Australia, UK and India, but we work with businesses and accounting firms across the US, New Zealand, Canada, Middle East and beyond. Our delivery centres provide coverage across multiple time zones.
Q: What software platforms do you work in?
We are experienced across all major platforms including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, BGL Simple Fund 360, Class Super, Xero Practice Manager, Karbon, HandiSoft, Ignition, FYI Docs, Sage, Xero Tax and more. We adapt to your existing stack — no migration required.
Q: What engagement models do you offer?
We offer three models: Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) at 40hrs/week, Part-Time at 20hrs/week, and Ad-Hoc for specific projects or peak periods. We also support Build-Operate-Transfer arrangements. No lock-in contracts.
Q: How do you protect our client data?
We use AES-256 encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Every team member signs an individual NDA. We operate ISO-aligned security infrastructure with biometric access, CCTV monitoring and role-based access controls. We are fully compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), all 13 Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
Q: Are you ISO certified?
Yes. OrtusPro Global holds ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) certifications — confirming our commitment to quality, consistency and data security in every engagement.
Q: What is the pricing model?
Pricing is customised based on service type, volume and engagement model. We provide a detailed, transparent proposal within 5 business days of your enquiry. There are no hidden fees and no lock-in contracts. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
Q: Can we pilot with one service before committing to more?
Absolutely. We encourage firms to start with a single service — many clients begin with bookkeeping or SMSF administration before expanding to tax returns, admin services and more. There is no minimum commitment.
Q: What happens if we are not satisfied with the quality?
We have SLA-backed quality standards for all service lines. If any deliverable does not meet agreed standards, we will re-work it at no charge. Our dedicated account manager is your single point of contact for any quality or service concerns.
Q: Do you offer SMSF independent audit?
Yes. We provide independent SMSF audit by ASIC-registered auditors — fully compliant with ATO requirements and eliminating self-audit risk for accounting firms. Average turnaround is 5 business days.
Q: How do you handle peak periods like EOFY?
Our flexible model means you can scale resource allocation up during peak periods (EOFY, tax season) and reduce during quieter months. Ad-Hoc engagements are also available specifically for peak period overflow.
